Mindfulness is about living completely in the NOW. It’s about noticing, this second, how you feel, what you think, what you want, without criticism or judgement. There are many benefits to practising mindfulness, such as: lowering stress, easing pain and bringing calm.
Meets: Monthly on the last Wednesday of the month, 10am at the leader's home.
Costs: None.
