Learning to be Retired

This is a BOB group, run by Bromley u3a, but open to members of Bromley, Orpington and Beckenham. This is a short, five week, course that runs twice a year. It's aimed at those of us who find retirement a challenge and prompts us to think more deeply about what we want from our retirement and how best to manage this next stage in our lives. We look at questions such as our values and what's important to us; any limiting beliefs that hold us back from fulfilling our potential; and skills and interests that we might want to use in our retirement. We also explore the various opportunities open to us. One subject we don't cover is financial planning, which is outside the remit of our course.
