Crofton Halls Parking Update
18th May 2025
Please note that with immediate effect all members parking at Crofton Halls for Monthly General meetings MUST enter your car registration at one of the screens provided in reception otherwise you will be liable for a £60 fine.
You must enter your car registration within 15 minutes of arrival and will then be covered for up to 3 hours. Additional screens are being provided to help with the demand. Alternatively, If you are familiar with QR codes, you can scan the QR codes on notices in reception and this will allow you to enter your car registration on your phone, avoiding any queues and helping reduce the demand for the screens.
If you receive a parking fine notice in future and believe you have entered your car registration please contact us or Crofton Halls so it can be investigated.
For the last two monthly meetings we were advised that the parking company would suspend the system to avoid any queues in reception. But this process has not worked, resulting in a number of us receiving parking fine notices. If you have received one and have provided us with the reference number, please be assured that these are being dealt with and you don't need to worry. Do feel free to contact us if you receive any further letters.
If you have received a parking fine notice and have not provided us with the reference number, please do so as soon as possible so we can get it cancelled.
Please do not blame the MyTime staff who are doing their best to help. This new parking system has been introduced by Bromley council using a private parking company.
