Ladies Keep Fit

This is a BOB group, run by Bromley u3a, but open to members of Bromley, Orpington and Beckenham. The class works to music and starts with warm up and keep fit exercises led by a qualified teacher. The class then moves on to dance movements. It is a very friendly group . Participants need to wear soft shoes and comfortable clothing
Meets: Mon 2 - 3 p.m. at Bromley Parish Church youth Hall.
Costs: We pay by the term and the average cost works out about £3.50 a session depending on the number of members. We offer a trial session free when we have availability
