Gardening Jobs for November & December
16th November 2019
Winter is approaching and the nights are drawing in. Here's a few jobs to help get your garden ready for Winter.
1, Cut back roses that have grown tall to 1/3-1/2 height to stop wind-rock.
At the same time pick up all fallen leaves under roses base that have suffered blackspot or rust this Summer.
2, Lift dahlia corms to store dry over the winter.
3. Cut some holly with berries and stand in a bucket of water somewhere birds cant get to them.
This will ensure you have a nice Christmas display.
4. Divide mature Rhubarb
5. If not already done clean greenhouse with disinfectant.
